How often have you had to drain it? I have the same 12K btu model. I keep the drain hose connected feeding into a bucket for a constant drain. But wondering if I shouldnt. You ever have to drain the very bottom drain?

I have the same ac for 5 year, but now it’s giving me troubles. When I connected it ⚡️ it would start right away, but I can’t control it manually or remotely. The only way it shuts down is when I disconnect it. What could be wrong? It still works but I can’t change mode or do anything 😢

ShouldIgetit2 - when you reset the Bluetooth controller, did you have an assistant? Did they hold the reset button in for 10-seconds and keep holding the reset button while you turned the car off and back on, and then they held it for another 2-seconds before releasing it? Or, did you hold the reset button for 10-seconds and then release it and then you turned the car off and back on, before you pushed the reset button again for 2-seconds? I wasn’t sure which one you did.

My car was already on 12 Deg but I set it to 14 and premium gas, I definitely noticed the difference.. it accelerates smoother and faster. Its well documented by enthusiasts, for every degree advanced the torque peak lowers by 100 RPM, HP gain is hit and miss tho.. depends on the motor but some claim up to 10HP if your lucky! I highly recommend it.

Is the 10 speed in the LC500 any better?

Had the 10,000 btu one. Compressor stopped staying on after a month. I'd have to turn it off completely and wait for a half hour or so before it would even kick on again and then it would stay only on for a few minutes before it cuts off and only blows out warm air.

to get that 10mm back in i just used a tiny bit of duct tape so it wouldn’t fall off socket, worked good

7 years I was suffering with my BMW as I was not able to change gears smoothly or takeoff when uphill. I hated until someone told me remove that stupid thing from the system. After that car started to behave like normal car with manual gearbox. Smooth takeoffs, smooth shifting... what a stupid piece sh....

The M18 is NOT reverse threaded. Was fighting this thing for 15 minutes. Had to break out socket set to get off. Allen wrench did BOT have nenoigh leverage. Btw 9/16” socket.

this doesn't work for me unfortunately. the dark mode makes it extremely dark and having brightness set to maximum of 24 does barely anything. it's impossible to read. hoping there is a fix soon.

1080p auto focus is good, but the 4k auto focus is really bad.

When pulling the unit out be careful to not unplug your antenna like I did. I saw it back there but could not pull if forward enough to plug it back in with the unit out. Also the female to female connector he linked to is not the best so it is touchy to move it around without the sound cutting out. I taped my bluetooth, F to F connector and the aux cord with electrical tape so I hope that works. All in all it was about as easy as he showed it.
